General Delivery Information:

  • Delivery times are for in stock products only, including engraved products.
  • All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.
  • Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
  • Our Signature Gift Packaging can be added at checkout.

Delivery - Click and Collect

Do you offer Click and Collect?

We do offer click and collect to all UK Monica Vinader Boutiques free of charge!

You can select click and collect in the checkout page when completing your order online, and choose your nearest store. 

How will I know my order has arrived?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has arrived at our Boutique. For Boutique information and opening hours, please use this link for full details. 

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

You just need a copy of the confirmation email you will receive from us. If you are not able to collect the order yourself do not worry, you can send someone on your behalf as long as they have a copy of the confirmation email. 

How long will you keep the order for?

We will keep your order for 7 working days, the date will be included on you ready to collect email. If you do not collect your order in 7 working days the order will be sent back to our Acton Studios and a refund will be issued. Please note engraved items will not be refunded.

Delivery - How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by logging into My Account or referring to your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is signed for at its final destination.

Delivery - Does My Order Need To Be Signed For?

Selected single item orders, for delivery within the UK, will be sent with Royal Mail and will be posted directly through your letterbox. All other orders for delivery within the UK will be sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery.

All orders for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery.

If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'in a safe place'.

Delivery - Are There Any Delivery Exceptions?

PO Box Addresses

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

Delivery At Weekends

Weekend delivery varies globally and we would recommend contacting the courier for further details. In the UK, our couriers do not deliver at weekends, unless the nominated day service is selected for Saturday or Sunday. 

Delivery On Public Holidays

Our couriers do not currently deliver on public holidays.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland.

Delivery - Can My Order Be Delivered To China?

We offer delivery to China. This service takes 3 - 7 working days and includes taxes and import duties. However, we do not cover any local sales taxes and the recipient of the parcel will be responsible for these.  More information on pricing can be found by checking our delivery table here.

Chinese customs have a limit of CNY 1,000 for personal shipments, the total value of multiple items should not exceed this, if they do you may need to provide customs with further documentation. However, If the shipment contains only one item, it still can be cleared as personal effects even if the value is over CNY 1,000.

Depending on the clearance method and value of your order, you may need to provide FedEx with further information, such as a copy of your ID and a consignee's declaration letter. 


Returns - What Is The Policy?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 100 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Engraved pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable.


Goods purchased online may be refunded to the original payment method at any Monica Vinader Boutique, if accompanied by their original dispatch paperwork and packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to process an exchange for online returns in our boutiques at this time.

Returns - How Do I Return My Item?

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 100 days of purchase. This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. 

Products purchased online can be returned at Monica Vinader Boutiques (excluding concessions), in the UK, Hong Kong and USA, for refund only.

Engraved items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

Returns - How Much Do They Cost?

We offer complimentary returns from the UK and US - you can generate your returns label whilst processing your return in our  self serve portal


From elsewhere in the world we offer a subsidized returns label - the options and cost will be displayed whilst processing your return in our self serve portal. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose a return method that is convenient to you at your own cost.


We would always recommend retaining your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your goods.

Returns - Can I Return My Engraved Item?

As engraved items have been personalised these cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty. 

Returns - How Do I Return A Gift?

To return your gift all you need is the order or purchase reference number which can be found in one of the below places:

  • Web Order Confirmation Email/WhatsApp
  • Web Order Dispatch Email/WhatsApp
  • Boutique E-Receipt
  • Boutique Gift Receipt

Simply visit our Self Serve Returns Portal and click 'gift repairs and exchanges'. 

You'll be asked to enter the order number and your email address and then you'll be guided through the rest from there.

Price Match Policy

We always want our customers to love their new piece, but also the price they paid!

If you purchase a piece and the price is reduced within your returns period (100 days) we will send you a gift voucher for the difference*, no questions asked.
