What Is The Returns & Refund Policy?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 100 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note.

Engraved pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

Goods purchased online may be refunded to the original payment method at any Monica Vinader Boutique, if accompanied by their original dispatch paperwork and packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to process an exchange for online returns in our boutiques at this time.

How Do I Return An Item From Within The UK?

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, and returns are free for UK customers. If for any reason you wish to exchange or refund a piece, or send a piece for repair please follow the steps below:

1. Complete our online return process here. You can either log in to access the order (go to step 2) or you can search using your order number and email address (go to step 4).

2. Sign into your account and select 'My Orders'

3. Find the order you wish to return and press the 'Exchange'. 'Refund' or 'Repair' button. 

4. Select 'Return Piece' next to the relevant piece of jewellery. After selection, confirm your request to receive a printable Return Form and postage label.

5. Print out the completed returns form and postage label. Securely package the product, including the returns form. Please use original packaging and remove the original labels. You only need to return the pieces that you wish to exchange or receive a refund for.

6. Attach the postage label to the outside of the parcel and take your return to the Post Office. Obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office.

7. Please allow 7 working days, from the posting date, for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Please note that engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If a piece is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

Monica Vinader cannot accept responsibility for pieces returned to us without a completed Exchange/Returns Form or proof of purchase.

How Do I Return An Item From Within The US?

If for any reason you wish to exchange or refund a piece or send a piece back for repair please follow the steps below to return your order with FedEx:

1. Complete our online return process here. You can either log in to access the order (go to step 2) or you can search using your order number and email address (go to step 4).

2. Sign into your account and select 'My Orders'

3. Find the order you wish to return and press the 'Exchange', 'Refund' or 'Repair' button.

4. Select 'Return Piece' next to the relevant piece of jewellery. After selection, confirm your request to receive a printable Return Form and address label.

5. Pack the pieces you wish to return in the original packaging and include the Return Form provided.

6. Attach the shipping label supplied to the outside of the box. Note: Make sure you remove any existing labels from the outside of the box.

7. Print all copies of the commercial invoice. This should be passed to the FedEx representative for attaching to the package in a shipping pouch.

8.Drop off your package at you nearest FedEx Drop Box or FedEx shipping location. These can be found using the FedEx locator Tool at www.fedex.com/locate. Alternatively call 1.800.463.3339 to schedule a return package pickup. To schedule a pickup you do not need a FedEx account number, but you do need to specify that you are requesting a pickup for a return shipment.


Please allow seven working days for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Please note: Monica Vinader cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without a completed Return Form or proof of purchase.

How Do I Return An Item From Outside Of The UK and US?

If for any reason you wish to exchange or refund a piece, or send a piece back for repair please follow the steps below:

2. Sign into your account and select 'My Orders'

3. Find the order you wish to return and press the 'Exchange', 'Refund' or 'Repair' button. 

4. Select 'Return Piece' next to the relevant piece of jewellery. After selection, confirm your request to receive a printable Return Form and address label.

5.  Print out the completed returns form and address label. Securely package the product, including the returns form. Please use original packaging and remove the original labels. You only need to return the items that you wish to exchange or receive a refund for.

6. Attach the address label to the outside of the parcel and take your return to the Post Office. It is important to ensure that you state you are 'returning to seller' in the reason for export field on your postage label. We recommend using a tracked postal service and obtaining a proof of postage from the post office.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return/ Refund/ Exchange?

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 3 working days to credit your account.

How Do I Exchange An Item?

How Do I Exchange A Gift?

If you received a Monica Vinader piece as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can of course return it for exchange within the 30 day returns period. Please send the piece to our Customer Care Team, ensuring it is in its original packaging with your gift receipt enclosed and returns form completed. If you did not receive a gift receipt, please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. We can only process a return with a valid proof of purchase or gift receipt.

For exchanges, if the value of the new piece exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new piece be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

For refund requests, please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

How Do I Exchange A Gift Without A Receipt?

We can only accept exchanges for pieces with a valid proof of purchase or gift receipt. If you did not receive a gift receipt, please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase.

How Do I Exchange A Gift With A Receipt?

If you received a Monica Vinader piece as a gift and it is not suitable you can, of course, return it for exchange within the 30 day returns period. Please send the piece to our Customer Care Team, ensuring it is in its original packaging with your gift receipt enclosed.

For exchanges, if the value of the new piece exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new piece be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

How Do I Return Or Exchange Items Purchased In Store?

If for any reason you wish to exchange an item purchased in store please send the item to our Customer Care Team, ensuring it is in its original packaging.

I'm Trying To Arrange My Return, Why Is There No Option To Return My Item?

If you cannot see an 'Exchange Or Refund' button for your order on the My Orders page, this means that the 100 day period for an exchange or refund has expired.
