All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. You will be able to track the progress of your order from the link provided in your dispatch email, or by logging into My Account.

Do you offer Click and Collect in Monica Vinader boutiques?

We do offer click and collect to all UK Monica Vinader Boutiques free of charge!

You can select click and collect in the checkout page when completing your order online, and choose your nearest store. 

How will I know my order has arrived?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has arrived at our Boutique. For Boutique information and opening hours, please follow the link below for full details.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

You just need a copy of the confirmation email you will receive from us. If you are not able to collect the order yourself do not worry, you can send someone on your behalf as long as they have a copy of the confirmation email. 

How long will you keep the order for?

We will keep your order for 7 working days, the date will be included on you ready to collect email. If you do not collect your order in 7 working days the order will be sent back to our Holkham Studios and a refund will be issued. Please note engraved items will not be refunded.

What Address Details Do I Need To Include For Delivery?

We require the following fields to be completed for your delivery address in the checkout process:

Building/ Villa Name or Number 

Street Name

City

State/ Province

Post/ Zip Code (if applicable)

Please provide accurate address details to avoid any unnecessary delivery delays. 

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by logging into My Account or referring to your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is signed for at its final destination.

Does My Order Need To Be Signed For?

Selected single item orders, for delivery within the UK, will be sent with Royal Mail and will be posted directly through your letterbox. All other orders for delivery within the UK will be sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery.

All orders for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery.

If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'in a safe place'.

Are There Any Delivery Exceptions?

PO Box Addresses

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

Delivery At Weekends

Weekend delivery varies globally and we would recommend contacting the courier for further details. In the UK, our couriers do not deliver at weekends, unless the nominated day service is selected for Saturday or Sunday. 


Delivery On Public Holidays

Our couriers do not currently deliver on public holidays.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wght, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland.

What Do I Do If An Item Is Missing Or Damaged?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.


Can My Order Be Delivered To China?

We offer delivery to China. This service takes 3 - 7 working days and includes taxes and import duties. However, we do not cover any local sales taxes and the recipient of the parcel will be responsible for these.  More information on pricing can be found by checking our delivery table here.


Chinese customs have a limit of CNY 1,000 for personal shipments, the total value of multiple items should not exceed this, if they do you may need to provide customs with further documentation. However, If the shipment contains only one item, it still can be cleared as personal effects even if the value is over CNY 1,000.

Depending on the clearance method and value of your order, you may need to provide FedEx with further information, such as a copy of your ID and a consignee's declaration letter. 


Can My Order Be Delivered To Russia?

We offer delivery to Russia. This service takes 3 - 7 working days and includes taxes and import duties. However, we do not cover any local sales taxes and the recipient of the parcel will be responsible for these.  More information on pricing can be found by checking our delivery table here.


The Federal Customs Service of Russia calculates custom fees based on the total value of goods imported by each customer within a one month period, in a small number of areas in Russia if you exceed the monthly import threshold amount your purchase may be sent back to us.

In some circumstances the Federal Customs Service of Russia may request further documentation from the recipient to release the parcel, such as ID or power of attorney.
