How does loyalty work?

When shopping on our site be sure to checkout with the email you use for your MV Family account. Once you have made your purchase you will get a notification of your new points on your MV Family page. 

I've received my reward code but the currency I'm ordering in is different from that of the code itself. Is there a way to get around this?

If you’re having trouble redeeming your reward code because you are shopping from a country outside the UK or US, please follow the steps in the attachment below to redeem your code and get your rewards! 

Can I earn points on my in-store purchases?

Currently, our program only rewards points for online purchases.

How do I refer a friend?

Give your friends 15% off their first online order and receive a £10 voucher! You will also get 400 points on MV Family when you have referred your first friend. You will automatically be notified and receive your points when your code has been successfully redeemed. 

You will get a code to share with your friends. You can post your code on your social media accounts or send to friends directly. Points are voided if the voucher code is posted on coupon sites, so keep it among friends.

After your code is used for the first time, you will get a £10 voucher code. If you send it to a group of friends or on social media, you will continue to get points up to a maximum redemption limit of 10. You will receive a new code every month!

How do I see my points balance?
In your MV Family sign in page, your points total is displayed next to your username at the top of the page.
